The guy (who was the only staff member in sight when we arrived at about 3pm on Wednesday) was very good. He wasn't in the least flustered by 12 of us turning up. He was efficient and outgoing and cheerful. Right person in the right job. On a more recent visit the staff were still doing a good job. The guy was still very personable, as were the other staff.

Pretty busy as this week is school holiday, but the hot chocolate was served pretty quick, nice and hot. When we went there, we went sit one of table with plate left from previous customers, but staff noticed quick and put them away as soon as we sat there. Thought it can be a bit noisy as many students and some parents with kids there but had a good chat with my friend. would go back.

Delightful. Even though the children running around were a bit noisy the high ceiling made it all enjoyable. The food portions were very large.
