Starbucks

This Starbucks needs to fix their electrical charging outlets. I feel there is increasing risk of the outlets doing damage to plugged-in equipment or causing a fire. Specifically, the A/C outlets under the long padded bench for computer/mobile device users. The prongs in the recepticle are so loose that you have to be careful not to move your cord otherwise your plug falls out of the outlets or constantly makes false contact. All the outlets are bad and getting worse. Also, the hand dryers in the bathrooms do not work and there are no paper towels for drying hands. Otherwise, great great starbucks. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Tall ceilings and many choices for seating including 2 sofa seats, 5 small round tables with a shared padded bench for computer with charging ports. The outdoor seating is nice and half of it is always shaded from the sun by the building.

I wanted to try and beat the line and go inside but there was a swarm of bees blocking the door. I’m deathly allergic so I decided to go through the line, and after 30 minutes of waiting, I see a swarm of bees at the window where they were handing food and drinks out. I don’t know how everyone in front of me got their food, but I didn’t wanna die over a $7 coffee so I drove past. Don’t come here if you don’t like bees all over you and your food.

It's too easy to drive past and miss this little coffee spot but once you have stopped once you'll come back again. Sure Starbucks are all great places to get a good cup of coffee. That being said the little things makes a difference and this place adds just a tad more sweetness with the sweet staff that takes your order. The baristas are always really friendly and always make good drinks! It's a great relaxing and quiet environment (Sometime :P).

I used to go to this location all the time and never had anything wrong but they need to take care of the bee problem they have. I got a $15 order yesterday a tea, coffee drink and food. As I was drinking my coffee a chunk came into my mouth and I immediately spit it out. It was a BEE. What if I was allergic or got stung. Last week the same thing happened to my co worked at this same location. I was a little skeptical, but thought it would only happen once. I was wrong. Please take care of this bee problem before you harm someone .

Freaking horrible, I've been here several times and each time there has been an issue - not with the food/beverage/service, just the situation. This time it was BEES. Yes, bees. I was sent to pick up a pre-order - not pay, just pick up. I walked to the front door and a sign said "lobby closed, partially due to BEES mobile orders pick up in drive through". The door had 2 honeybees on the glass INSIDE. There were 2 on the outside, and more just flying around - not killer bees, just clumsy honeybees. I thought, ok strange and then quickly turned to horror as I saw the line wrapped around the building. I then realized I was trapped and couldn't leave for another place as my order had been paid for in full by someone else. I had to leave the parking lot go east on State Road 580 to enter the eastern entrance and get in line. And then it began - I counted 29 cars that came in, parked, people got out, read the sign, left and I estimated that each car on average has 1.5 people and each person was going to spent an average of $4 on coffee and $3 on something else so I computed that the STARBUCKS BEES cost them at least $300 while I aline was in the drive through. Did the manager/franchisee ever study Chik-fil-A? They will not let you leave because they want the money in your pocket to be put in their hand as quickly as possible before you can change your mind - as any good business model would do! It was just strange and since I lost 30 minutes of my life I figured what's 15 more to write this review? The coffee is amazing if someone else goes to get it, I admit - but why people choose to sit in that line I don't get.
