Usually love this location, but the past couple times I’ve been here there has been a girl making the sandwiches with a negative attitude. She is careless in how she puts the sub together/wraps it and the general feeling she gives off is of annoyance that you are ordering from her. Also while I was paying for my sub the cashier was on her personal cell phone in the middle of the transaction. You can’t be a sub above when your employees are subpar…

Went in and got a sub, I got a club supreme. They forgot to put the bacon until I said it, and the bacon was burnt. The selection I chose had a few different meats and there's nothing on it, the meat and cheese is paper thin, very upset I bought a $16 sandwich of bread lettuce and tomato

The woman making my sandwich noticed that the bread was a few inches longer then normal. She proceeded to shorten the bread then tossed the excess into the trash.
Seriously?
Then whole lunch crew vibe was tense.
I get it nobody wants to work anymore and good help is impossible to find.

Use to love this location. But unfortunately they have a lady working here who takes out her personal emotions on your sandwich. My sandwich was smashed by her bagging my sandwich with anger and saddness. Very sad to see honestly

Sad to see such consistent negative attitude from the staff. Used to love this location but recently I’ve noticed they view the customer more of a nuisance then anything else. This young ladys anger was taken out on my sandwich today and I will not be returning .

First time at this place, friendly employees, fast service and the food delicious. I got the Chipotle cheese steak. With everything on it, love it.

Ordered 2 subs, both with extra meat and one with extra cheese. There was little to no meat on the subs and there was only one slice of cheese. Dont make people pay extra for something you won't give them. Will never order from this place again. When I called with my issue the man that answered could not care less, he was very rude.
