Taco Bell

I have only gone through the drive a few times and it takes a very long time to order and receive food here. There's usually a long line in the drive thru for late night dinner. One night they closed early so I went to Burger King instead. I believe they are trying to improve. I understand most chain restaurants are having trouble hiring or keeping their workers.

By far the SLOWEST taco bell I have ever been to. I know places are struggling to find people but, 30 minutes from the time I pull in to the time I reach the window is insane. You could literally go to a sit down place and get food in 30 so fast food it is not. Maybe offer to pay people $17-19 bucks an hour and you’d be able to staff up and remain so…

Food quality is very hit or miss. In the past I have regularly gotten food and it was cold. In my most recent experience, an item in my order was missing that I did not notice until getting home. I reached out (reported in the app) requesting to be contacted, but never heard from them. Really the only thing going for this location is that it’s open late.

I had to leave atleast 1-star, but it's terrible! I cant blame the employees either for ALL that is wrong with this place, only the drive thru is open, you cant go inside, the food is more expensive and still the same sloppy quality, this is a direct reflection of the MANAGER!! Yes, Management is 100% at fault for the demise of this taco bell!! If I was the owner HE/SHE would be fired for poor quality, terrible leadership, Poor service and the in-abilty to hire quality employees that care about their job instead of just showing up! Definitely stay away from this place, its a complete waste of time and $$$! Ridiculous!

Food is always excellent here. Better than any other taco bell. The tacos actually have stuff in them not just a shell with barely anything. The employees are always friendly. Update 3 months later... new employees worse cs ever....very rude. We won't be back, too many other locations around.... I hope the nasty little shirt gets fired and l Learn to shower for God's sake.

I’ve always had a good experience with this location. Usually eat here once a week or every other week. When you order through the app they actually get the sauce count right and they don’t over-ice the soft drinks so you get a decent amount of drink for the money. I usually order on Saturday afternoons.
