Pizza Hut

ok this review is about delivery. This is the first delivery order from this Pizza Hut on Main street… I’ve never had problems with Pizza Hut in the past. The delivery was quick. I had to order some thing else to meet the minimum of a delivery order, the store called me and said they were out of the cinnamon bons so I ordered apple pie instead, which they gave me free of charge which was very nice. However the apple pie is not really apple pie it’s these little turnover things totally laced with cinnamon sugar. however, The bottom line was that I just wanted a good pizza. Unfortunately despite the great price and quick delivery, the pizza sucked. It was dry, overcooked and I think you can tell from the picture the sausage was just overcooked clumps on the dried out pizza. this is not my usual experience with Pizza Hut so I don’t know what to think, maybe it was a bad night for them or a new cook or whatever but three stars was the very best I could do it and that was all about price and delivery… Nothing about the food.

Love this Pizza Hut lunch Buffet. I get up early and make the near 2 hour bus trip at least once a week. Pizza always fresh and great breadsticks. Absolutely love the chocolate pudding on the buffet! Waitress is always so nice and helpful and will ask for requested pizza to be cooked as soon as requested. Hope this Pizza Hut restaurant will pass the test of time !

Ordered at 5:20pm and never received our food. Called and the worker seemed like he had no clue what he was doing. Ended up going there ourselves and picking it up AT 7:00pm We finally got our food. Food is good but service was very sub par. Guy also had to ask his manager about everything we asked him. 2 stars because the food isn't bad, but it Seems like they need a better hiring manager...

I've been going to this location for over 20 years now and the service continues to deteriorate. Tonight, I called the location in Dunedin Florida and asked to place a pick up order. I asked For their special which is a large pizza with 3 toppings for $8.99. The representative told me he has A special which is a large Pizza with 3 toppings for $7.99. I told him OK I'll take that with half cheese & 1/2 pepperoni. He takes a moment and tells me my total is $12 some odd cents. I asked him why was that my total when the special was 7.99 and he replied with "that's what the computer says". I was dumbfounded.I Continued to go back-and-forth with him for about 3 to 4 minutes after he finally told me he will change what the computer says. I'm still thinking what is going on with the employees here.

I don't understand, the signs on the windows and out front say 4.99 lunch buffet with a drink purchase. When you get inside a sign on the buffet says 5.99. When asked about it they said if you get water its 6.41 with a drink its 7 something? So why do they advertise 4.99 and charge 5.99. The waitress was very nice and most of the food was good if you got it soon after it was brought out.
