Mcdonald's

Ordered a filet o fish & fries. The half slice (still unbelievable that you don't get a whole one) wasn't even on the sandwich. I included a picture before I touched it & of how it looked when I lifted the sandwich. There was no one behind me in line, so absolutely no reason to rush to the point of being incapable of making a sandwich correctly. The fries were also cold by the time I arrived home after 5 minutes with the bag closed at the top.

There has been many good changes that makes for a better experience. Mostly personnel but also better menu selections. EDIT: 3-31-22 I used a deal from their app on a drink and I noticed something that I've noticed in previous orders while using the mobile app. It seems like every time I use a deal the amount of food I receive is less than the amount of food I would have gotten had I not used the deal. For instance, the large drink I ordered today was only 3/4 full. It's as if the restaurant is trying to discourage the usage of the mobile app or and/or deals.

So I'm a former employee for McDonald's and I understand that sometimes you Wana rush to get the order done I'm very disappointed in what I received tonight, my triple cheese was cold in the middle and thrown together by a employee who has no respect for the food industry, I'm absolutely disgusted and advise that you remind your staff and crew that this is highly unacceptable for anyone.

This mac donalds was great the food was excllent fresh hot and what food should taste like. However they need to have better customer service thanks you and come back again that took money without saying thank you or any proper greetings. Then just gave us the bags and didnt say thanks. Good customer service goes a long ways.
