Wow! The service here really made this place stand out right off the bat. They were so quick and so friendly. we had chips and salsa (so good) before we had even fully sat down in our seats. Then the food came and it did not disappoint. Strongly recommend the specialty burritos! Those were a big hit.

So I honestly wasn't expecting much...ANOTHER Mexican restaurant in Ellijay. I thought it would be your standard fare, run of the mill Tex Mex....I was wrong. Walking in we were greeted and then seated (in a booth near the bar) and our drink orders taken and chips and salsa were given to us. .. we looked over the menu noticing that there was indeed some "standard fare" however they have some things that aren't anywhere else... which leads me to a truly authentic chile relleno which I ordered a la carte. Now they don't put the tomato based sauce on it that I'm used to but if you ask, they do. Then there was my dinner choice which was the Burrito San Jose which was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC... full of flavor. It is a sizeable chicken and chorizo burrito with rice and beans inside and topped with queso and pico de gallo. I was shocked at how much flavor it had. My wife had the Flautas Mex (4 chicken rolled tacos) and a shrimp taco a la carte...she said the were really good. We also ordered churros to take home. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive. We definitely will be back.

Great lunch menu! We were pleasantly surprised at the options and prices, but the quality of food is what sealed the deal. We've eaten here four times now and the quality of food has been consistent. Overall, the service has been a good balance of responsive without hovering. One one trip, it took longer than we expected to get our order taken, but our food has always come out quickly once the order is in.

Really like this place but the tacos are no good. It's weird that the chicken quesadillas the chicken tastes delicious, but the tacos are very bland and the beef tacos as well, I tell you I don't even think that's beef. Some kind of paste with no season at all, but everything else is super duper good. They're margaritas are insane. Come check this place out

Best New Mexican Restaurant in Ellijay! I love this place! I have been here twice. The food is delicious, the service is fast, the restaurant is new & very clean, the employees are friendly and the prices are not overpriced! The bar has comfortable seating with large tv's. The chips are hot & fresh and the salsa is perfect. My wife & I ordered street tacos, a steak quesadilla and a chicken burrito. Everything was so fresh, hot & tasty! I have eaten at 5 other Mexican restaurants in Ellijay and I know you will love this new restaurant! Steve Gordon

Finally a modern clean and good Mexican restaurant. This location gets you away from the Ellijay crowds. It's new it's clean food is good and the servers are all excellent. We will definitely go back and this will be our go-to place. On a Sunday night holiday weekend the place was pretty busy but the staff was solid, greeted well, got our drink orders out and food out. You've got to try the jalapeno margarita, I know you're thinking what? It's very good! Well will be back!

For a Mexican / Tex-Mex, this was phenomenal! For starters, our server was surprised we spoke Spanish! He was so nice, professional, and was able to make great recommendations. After ordering, our meal came out fast and was a proper temp! The portions were larger than we expected, and flavors were on point! We both ordered the SMALL chicken soup. The presentation was beautiful... I snapped my pic after I started since I was so hungry! The flavor was incredible!!! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Fajita Taco Salad in a tortilla bowl with all the toppings. My husband ordered EL CAZUELON, which is a combination of grilled steak, chicken breast, and Mexican chorizo on a bed of sizzling bell peppers and onions. It is topped with a slice of queso fresco. Served with rice, beans, and tortillas. We had leftovers. We did not expect how large the portions actually were!
