Quite possibly the best meal we have had the pleasure of eating. Stumbled upon this gem by chance, and how fortunate we are to have done so!! Unassuming from the front this restaurant offered us the freshest food, made to order with absolutely stunning presentation. Welcoming of our young family and very friendly staff made this meal out relaxing from the start! We ordered three different meals and several side dishes. All were beautifully presented and made with the freshest ingredients. Absolutely will be back and so very happy that we found this little gem in the big city!! Definitely recommended to all our friends for whenever they're in town!

We had a Groupon for this restaurant and absolutely loved the food. The deal was for the chef's platter and we added gyoza - everything was delicious. My rating on the atmosphere is a wee bit lower because it was a bit quiet but then it was early on a weekday. Service was great - we will definitely be back.

The ramen shop located near the University of Edinburgh. The female server in this restaurant is lovely and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and warm while enjoying the delicious food. The soup base in this ramen restaurant is slowly simmered for 10 hours, which makes it incredibly tasty. The char siu is also one of the signature dishes of this restaurant, with a rich and flavorful taste that melts in your mouth. This restaurant's ramen is not fancy and does not contain anything that should not be in a bowl of ramen, possibly making it one of the most authentic Japanese ramen in Edinburgh. If the soup is hotter and the noodles are firmer, then this perfect ramen will be closer to the authentic taste.
