Umi Japanese Cuisine

One of the best japanese restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food is so authentic and delicious, there wasn’t one dish my partner and I didn’t love! The interior of the restaurant was beautiful and the service was so good! I would definitely recommend booking a table, because it can get quite busy. It is also a bit expensive, but it is so worth the price. 10/10 restaurant!!! I ordered: Vegetable tempura, sashimi set, dynamite roll, tuna temaki, eel temaki, foie gras gunkan, chicken kaarage, umi signature grilled scallop nigiri, takoyaki This all costed below £90

The food was delicious. Best ramen in town! I love the creativity in everything and authenticity. Felt like I was in Japan😌 I recommend coming here. The price is not too bad, similar to Maki & Ramen, but the food quality is better and outstanding. The staffs are very lovely and friendly, they accept walk-in but would also recommend booking a table for safety 😊

One of the best japanese restaurant i have tried so far. Would totally recommend this place, the service is absolutely spot on, allowing you to experience Japanese hospitality even out of Japan. The food does not disappoint as well the sashimi was really fresh and well prepared especially the scallop sashimi which is my favourite one in the sashimi set we ordered. The cozy atmosphere adds to the overall dining experience, creating a perfect setting for enjoying Japanese cuisine. Highly recommended!

I frequent here often and brought my friends visiting from Belfast here and safe to say they thoroughly enjoyed it. The ramen was perfectly spicy and we had a variety of sashimi. I got to try the Wagyu croquette that is new on their menu and it was delicious! Definitely worth a try especially with the sauce. The service was appropriately timed and welcoming definitely a great dinner spot.

I recently dined at UMI a Japanese fusion restaurant, and it was an absolute delight. The menu offered a perfect blend of traditional Japanese flavors with creative twists.
