The staff here were lovely and friendly upon arrival. Coffee arrived not as hot as you would expect but still delicious overall. The selection of cakes (also vegan options) were tasteful and value for money

We had a cream tea for two, good value at £7.95 we had a pot of tea each which gave 3 cups of tea, a fruit scone and a choice of 4 different jams and a large dish of clotted cream. Really tasty

Loved it! The food and ambiance were very nice. We had the Strawberry Gateau and found it to be quite delicious. I would go there again in a heartbeat, if in Scotland!

This is a wonderful little pastry shop in Edinburgh Scotland. We just happened upon it and decided to go in for a coffee and pastry. Great place.

In addition to the beautiful city of Edinburg, this candy store offers a wide variety of sweets and coffees to its customers. There are many options for those who like quality sweets. The service at this place is very cordial and friendly, leaving everyone at ease. Also, to finish, they have a very good espresso. great option.

Has their set two course lunch menu: chicken, spinach and wild mushroom pie followed by one of their excellent cakes. Service was good, seating squeezed into a small space so be prepared to be jossled a bit. Food was excellent with decent portions for the price. Worth the visit but on a quieter day next time.

Even though this is a chain, their high tea is really good! Everything was delicious, nothing to complain about. They are right next door to the Elephant Cafe where JK Rowling wrote Harry Potter, so you'll have lots of tourists in and out and around. If you're looking for a casual place for high tea, this would be a great place!
