Toby Carvery Lauriston Farm

Brilliant table service from Valentina, she really made me and my family feel at home. She made the whole experience really enjoyable. Unfortunately, and this is not isolated to Lauriston Farm, the chefs always seem impatient with customers so I wonder if there is a systemic issue with pressure on the chefs. To the chefs credit on this occasion, though his demeanour wasn’t great he was forgiving and gracious with my children when they made a mistake.

The food was really good! We got the ciabatta garlic bread & the appetizer cheesy bacon roasted potatoes as well as ham, turkey, beef, ands veggies. I enjoyed the appetizer potatoes and ham the best. For dessert, we tried the cookie dough sundae and it was delicious. The bathrooms as well were super clean & nice.

The food was okay, but the chef get upset because my wife dropped Elite off the pain from the vegetable site and Gib, saying all this is for extra large or whatever the cost 199 was very upset about it. I think the staff, especially the chefs needs to be trained to give a good customer service and smile in that group for you both and clearly see that the pods are close with the lid doesn’t include in the buffet unless you pay more place was okay, but the declaration would for me updated and the carpets are really old, if Keith was refurbish and upgraded I would tell Louise it more often.
