Heritage Portfolio catered our two day wedding event at Dundas Castle. From our first meeting all the way to the big day, we were extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of everyone we dealt with. The quality of the service and food really impressed our guests, most of whom travelled from overseas. It was a pleasure working with Emma, our account manager, and Brian, the on-site manager.
