quite a small store but great collection, also it is the only Zara store in Edinburgh...

This store location is great for free pickup of online orders.Generally the staff in the men department are friendly but not all..The store is open till 19.30 during the week, not 18.30 as entered in Google. Long time customer. Tip during summer and winter sale periods buy online for a greater selection of items and sizes but wait a bit for weekly price reductions. In the last weeks of sale amazing prices but less size options.

The staff in this Zara are always exceptionally helpful!
I had to return a pair of jeans and both the manager and the assistant who served me couldn`t be more helpful, and made sure I was totally happy with the replacement pair. Excellent shop with a great range of diverse fashion, and an excellent service too.

It's a nice classy store with a mix of both street and formal wear. You'll get most of the things Zara has to offer. Staffing is sometimes a little busy, but very helpful.

Great clothes! Not much stock in store, it's small, but order on line and pick up at store a day or two later if needed. There are remarkably few staff, so be patient if you need help. But, boy! they have great styles at very reasonable prices. This is a shop with outlets in Milan, so they know style. A huge boost for high street shopping - good riddance to House of Fraser ...

One of my favorite brands. Very good quality shoes and jackets. The selection of clothes updates very often, which is cool. The shop in Edinburgh feels a little clustered in comparison to other Zara shops. Otherwise always good experience.

Had never been in Zara before but was looking for clothes for a particular fussy 9yo and found ourselves inside. It was well worth the visit and she ended up with a whole new wardrobe. Surprisingly good value clothing, great choice and lots of jeans in what seems to be a hard-to-get size, 9. Will definitely be back.

Great shop, fantastic clothes. Only problem is shoppers treat it like a jumble sale and just throw cloths in the floor. The last couple of times I have been in I ended up picking up loads of items and hanging them back up.
