Fastest service I have ever experienced! Had 20 minutes to eat before we had to get to the airport. Not only did they serve our burgers and fries in record time but the food was piping hot and one of the best burgers and fries my husband and I have ever had. Simply amazing! Walked in the door at 2:30 and were out the door at 2:50! Wow!

Dropped in without reservation on a Saturday between lunch and dinner. Not usually the brand of choice, but Ocean terminal is calm and stress free so a good place to unwind. Service was very good after being slow to acknowledge at check in area. We shared a delicious platter of well cooked and at perfect temperature, Steak, Ribs, Chicken, BBQ Beans, Pasta, Fries and an order of side salad followed by a rolo cookie dough dessert. When the creators of F & B create menus this is how they would expect it to be executed, I am tempted to try a branch closer to home but I am not sure they can match the delicious experience we had this weekend

Literally just left Frankie & bennys after a day out with 2 of the kids, been here a few times and food was delicious, couldn’t thank them, but this time round the food was a bit disappointing I must say, so In regards to that I had a word with management and he provided 1st class service to us, very reasonable! Ended up discounting our food for us due to taking our disappointment into consideration so I cannot thank the service I was receiving, there’s not many managers that would have done that either which also surprised me so thanks again. Very much appreciated.
