The Pasty Shop

I have received 3 different pasties for 3.99£ thanks to "too good to go" app. They have given me freshly baked pasties that smelled awesome and were warm. Chees, chicken and beef. I've enjoyed them all, the cheese one being my favourite. The people serving the food were extremely polite and welcoming, also very quick in their job. Recommended!

Over here in the Boston area of Massachusetts we had pasties for the first time a couple years ago at a small shop in Boston. They were delicious. When we booked a trip to Europe we were determined to get some real pasties. It wasn't hard to do. There were so many shops around. We happened upon this place and the pasties did not disappoint. Amazing taste and flavor. They had a nice balance of filling vs crust. Perfect portion size in my opinion. Service was fast and friendly. I want to say it was about 6 Pounds for a pasty? I'm not sure if you think that's a lot? For reference the one shop over here charged $25 dollars for a pastie. They were decent but the pasties in Scotland and England are out of this world. Unfortunately the shop over here is out of business. There are no other pastie shops around. So very, very, very sad. Next time we go over to Europe, we will have to get some real pasties again. Would highly recommend this shop. You guys over there are very lucky indeed to have them readily available.

I know that some might say that its just pastries, however, I cannot stress how good the food here is! My partner and I visited a year ago for the first time and we will literally come back to Waverly station just to get a cheese and onion bake and their veggie sausage rolls, eat them on a bench and leave! You will not be disappointed :)

This shop is near the platform of Edinburgh train station.There are several kinds of food here, main one is pies. The staff Peter is so nice, my English is not so good, he introduced different types of pies for me patiently. For a restaurant, the tasty should be the most important.When I take my pies on my way to home,their smell always catching me. And it’s so delicious, didn’t make me disappointed. So nice experience!
