You Rice

Ordered via UberEats. It did take a long time for delivery (the only reason it’s only 4 not 5 stars) but I had expected that as it was payday Friday. I called to enquire, and the staff member who answered was very apologetic and sweet. When the food did arrive it was well worth the wait. I had tuna onigiri, grilled eel tamaki and octopus balls and they were all amazing. We also order the Japanese dumplings and char sui pork buns to share. After trying so many places during lockdown due to my old favourites going out of business, this is the only one that didn’t disappoint at all. Definitely my new favourite!

Ordered sushi from here two nights in a row . Had a little issue with my second order but they handled really well and sorted things out very quickly. I really don't understand why this place gets bad reviews. Sushi is delicious and really reasonable price and great service as well. Def recommend

I ordered the summer roll, grilled eel roll and salmon sashimi for delivery. The website stated up to 45min for delivery but I had to wait around an hour and 15 minutes for delivery so delivery speed was not the best. When the sushi did arrive, I really did enjoy my meal. The rolls had the right balance of flavours and it really scratched the sushi craving itch I've been having since lockdown. The salmon isn't fishy (you geth this when the salmon isn't so fresh like in yo sushi) but the texture was not as firm as I'd like in fresh salmon sashimi. The price is great as they currently have an introductory offer of 50% for the month of August for orders over 20 quid (not sponsored) so I would definitely give this place a try if you love sushi or would like to try it.

Nice sushi roll, and great price. I did find this place because I sow an advertisement on Facebook, everything was 50%, I placed the order online, and i did receive the order in a hour and half, my order was big, so do consider that the delivery time was fine. Delivery cost was very affordable. Overall I am very satisfied with the food, and delivery service I will definitely will continue buying food here.

I must said at first I was disappointed when my order came and cup with my soup in it was leaking. So it was half empty. I took the order, paid and been promised a solution soon. Couple of minutes later I heard knocking on my door and I got from them as an apology another set of food I’ve order. And also some free spring rolls. Great costumer service 👏👏

Right. So I think this is the best Chinese takeaway in Edinburgh. Which to be fair, isn't hard. The lady on desk isn't the most welcoming at first but after several visits she becomes much more welcoming. I read a lot of poor reviews from people about ordering curry chips etc., This is Chinese food, order Chinese things and you won't be disappointed, otherwise go to a chippy. As an example, I ordered pork and aubergine off-menu and it was excellent.

The dry ribs were amazing (really hit the spot) The spring rolls tasted like they had some kind of pickled vegetable in them which was interesting, and were very crisp and tasty. The only real complaint was I asked for beef chow mein and got chicken instead. Still tasty, just not what I asked for. Would definitely go back.
