Sadly, I'm starting to find the coffee at Costa overly sweet. Service is a bit robotic, and there's no real atmosphere. The cream on the top of the drinks has been replaced with something called 'light whip', which is mega sweet!
I'm really going to have to re-evaluate where I get my coffee from.

I use this Coffee shop regularly....the food is good...Also the fruit frappes are delicious....staff are very friendly and the service they provide is excellent...Thanku!

Staff and their service was ok, i think maybe new members of staff could be a little more chatty and engage more in conversation. My bug bare.... when their heating food they put a couple of things in at the same time...therfore ive had to return to the till point to say its luke warm... this had happened on many occasions and its something that could be rectified with another warmer so more can be done in little time

Couldn't rate food as we only had hot chocolate 😋 which was lusciously scrumptious. Service went without a hitch, and they were very busy. Although they could do with more Gluten Free options in cakes and sandwiches 🥪 to cater for food allergens.
