The Harvest Garden

Excellent customer service. I ordered bird of paradise flowers online and the courier went to the wrong house so the flowers were not delivered on the day they should have been and would have been kept overnight in the van/depot so when they delivered the day after, the flowers were not fresh and in poor condition. The Harvest Garden were prompt with emails and they sent me some more bird of paradise free of charge that were delivered promptly and in good condition.

Top class customer service : personal, patient, attentive, flexible and conscientious. I wanted to order a gift for my daughter who phoned to tell me her degree result. Having tried with no luck to get same day delivery from the key national suppliers , I decided to search for local flower shops. "Flowers Buy Delivery" were the only ones who answered the telephone and then, in spite of it being minutes away from closing, the lady who served with me spent 20 minutes helping me select a suitable bespoke package. Within an hour of completing my order, the most beautiful bunch of flowers, chocolates and prosecco arrived at my daughter's house. Great value for money, fast reliable service and would definitely use again. Thank you.

I couldn't give this place less than 5 stars. I've bought plants from here 4 or 5 times, and every time staff have been lovely, extremely friendly and super helpful in answering any queries. Their plants are for every budget. They range from super cheap to massive expensive ones. My favourite deals from there are a string of hearts for £2.99 and a set of 3 plants in their toddler stage for £6. You can pick your favourite 3 out of two huge boxes. I still have one of them after moving that's grown into a beautiful healthy lady
