It's a lovely, homely little cafe. The food is great, especially the home made cakes!

Just a lovely place and thank you for your great hospitality. We got our child for the ASN Soft Play session and it was amazing. Cafe 48 food was lovely and kids/adults just loved it. Will be back again.

Small cafe in the middle of a sort of community centre. Wee bit claustrophobic as there are no windows but we had tea, coffee and two cakes for less than £8!! Very pleasant service from guy at counter. Recommended if you've done a walk eastward along the canal. We parked at Hermiston, walked along then got the bus back from nearby Angle Park Terrace.

Wee hidden gem of a cafe with great prices. Toasties are tasty and crispy. Homemade soup great value too. Worth checking out on the way to or from the canal or with kids in the local play park.

Fantastic little cafe I found this as it was closest to my hotel, the staff are lovely and the food is cheap and delicious, a pot of tea is affordable too making this a lovely spot for a quick breakfast and to chill out
