Greggs

Took my mates to greggs and they never been to one, i was able to try all the options available, it was always hot which is nice because as you know it's not common to have hot greggs food but this place is pretty busy so the rotation of food selection is great! Anyway yeah it's nice to have options in a food shop.

Ordered hot bacon and chicken melt, oven wasnt on and we where having to wait longer. The member of staff was very apologetic and gave me the rest of my order for free for the inconvenience of having to wait for the oven to be switched on and heated up! Big well done greggs for how you handled the situation a lot better than other companies i can mention "cougth (mcdonalds) cougth" well done to the young lad who served me. Happy customer, i will be be back.

Ordered 2 bacon rolls and they were good! Bacon was not too crispy but soft enough so my teeth didn't break! The guy who served me looked and sounded like he wanted to dive into the oven and turn into a sausage roll. Lack of motivation in his speech, Sounded like me getting up in the morning. His shirt was inside out, I had to double check but I'm pretty sure I was in Gregg's not s'ggerG. When he got my bacon out the containers he shouted bacon, Must be to tell them they need more, But the way he said it, My god, The bacon on my rolls would have had more life! Overall, 4* I get it was early for the lad but he needed coffee.
