If in Edinburgh in Tolcross find the Pinch of Salt stall and get the pumpkin latte, they actually put a marshmallow pumpkin on it. So cute and delicious!! The owner is also very friendly, didn't know it was opened by the same people as the Salt Cafe.

Lovely coffee, beautiful bakes & a super friendly talented owner! Liv bakes all the cakes herself & the care and dedication to building a successful business really shows. I wish A Pinch of Salt every success and it shall be a regular coffee spot for me 🤩

One of my favourite spots for coffee and cake in Edinburgh - Had a dirty chai and it was so good. Also would highly recommend the cookies or any of the baked goods made by owner Liv - she puts so much effort and thought into them, it definitely comes across when you eat them! Support local and enjoy a lovely, friendly trip to see Liv if you’re passing the area.

I kept seeing A pinch of salt on social media so decided to go this morning while in Edinburgh and Liv was fab! So friendly and cheery!
The hot chocolate was fantastic and the homemade marshmallow on top made by Liv's husband was a perfect addition! We also got a white chocolate & biscoff rocky road which was incredible! And also homemade!
I'm actually gutted there isn't one in Glasgow or I can guarantee I would be there all the time!

Brilliant place for a quick cake/coffee break! Amazing hot chocolate! Not too sweet yet still decadent and creamy. A great addition to the Salt family of cafes. Their baked goods are also single handedly baked by Liv, the head baker for Salt Cafe( in Morningside)

We popped to Pinch of salt to grab a coffee and were not disappointed! But what did we expect with Salt cafe being our fave brunch spot we knew Pinch of salt would be a hit ! Positioned perfectly for a quick stop in the car or when wandering into town or around the area. Recommend to anyone as there’s a selection of drinks and cakes for everyone’s taste ! Not to forget Liv who is serving always with a smile and a chat!

Now we can get the incredible coffee, pastries and treats from Salt Cafe in Tollcross! This is the perfect place to get something sweet on the go.

The quality treats of Salt Cafe delivered in a convenient Tollcross location. The owner is friendly all morning, which really sets this apart from other coffee boxes. I will certainly be setting a course to go past here on my commute

A fantastic extension of Salt Café in Morningside! Liv is here to provide the same top class coffees, baked goods (her brownies are unreal, as are her signature bakes👌🏾) and fantastic chat on every visit! Just like Salt Café, lots of care and love has been out into the police box. Definitely worth swinging by if you're in the area or work close by!
