The Coffee House

Gave this place a couple of tries after having gone here when it 1st opened and after it changed owners once (or twice?). (Looks like my previous review was removed.) Anyway, they started out great when they 1st opened under the original owner when it looked like a comfy, cozy coffee house with local bands playing in the corner on weekends. There isn't any of that happening now from what I can tell - it's too crammed with tables packed and not a lot of walking space. I can never get a seat regardless of the time of day I go here, but I don't think I would want to now. Ambiance feels chaotic rather than relaxing. They have the usual items found in a coffee shop. My capuccino is slightly smaller than other coffee shops but good. Avocado toast is decent, although the toast was already cold when handed to me. The chicken sandwich was not bad. It's not a terrible coffee shop if you just want to grab your items and go.

Their coffee selection is great. They have many flavors for your coffee. I was able to add raspberry flavor to my oat milk latte and honestly, NO REGRETS. This place has plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. It’s unique decor gives this place a chill atmosphere where you don’t mind spending time to do school work. I found staff to be really friendly and they make sure to give their clients the time they need to pick from the menu. They have ice cream, muffins, cookies, croissants, variety of pound cakes, brownies. While we waited in line to order, we were able to glimpse through their selection of magnets and post cards they have on sale and through their cool band posters on their walls. Did you know that a beetles ticket in 1966 cost $5?!! Well I just learned that from one of the band posters at the Coffee House & Cafe. Thank you Coffee House and Cafe for the great service, I can’t wait to be back!

I literally just ordered breakfast from here around 9:30am. I’ve ordered from here before & it wasn’t bad but after this i will not order from here again. I’m surprised they even sent the food out like this, the cook should know better. The waffle burnt & black debris in my food. How am I supposed to eat this? A waste of money honesty. The cheese was slapped onto my eggs and wasn’t mixed in at all. Please save your money if you if you want the cook to care about how they present your food.

I discovered this place by accident one day when searching for brunch and I’m glad that I did. They have a decent selection of coffee along with sandwiches and toasts to pair with. I ordered a few things- avocado toast, grilled chicken sandwich,croissant, mocha latte and oven baked ham. Everything that we ordered was super yum and the coffee was refreshing. The croissant was so soft and crispy that it just melted in my mouth. The sandwiches had that great flavor and everything felt fresh. The avocado toast is to die for and I’d recommend everybody to try that. This coffee establishment was a delightful change from your regulars. My experience ordering from this place was good and I’d really like to dine in at this place sometime in the near future.
