Rainforest Cafe

It's interesting to say the least. Definitely an experience you should try once. There are moving animals (electronic) and thunder/lighting and simulated rain fall. Unfortunately the animals look out dated and most look cheaply done. The talking tree outside looks like it's seen better days. The staff were dismissive and the food took almost an hour to arrive. The staff didn't come check on us throughout our meal and we waiting forever to even order. The food is expensive which was to be expected but it didn't taste well made. The food definitely is not worth the price but I guess you're paying for the intended experience. Over all 3/5 stars. The staff could use some training on customer service and should bus the tables more often and the food could be better along with the animals/decor could be updated as well.

It was my first time coming here and I had a blast and my kids . I seen so many negative reviews and don’t understand why . Prices are expensive but nothing crazy . Four people came out to $111 not bad at all ! Food was good , only thing was food took a little long but they kept updating on the status . Everyone was so friendly!they checked on my table multiple times ! Great service! I Seen them cleaning tables right away after customers left ! Which I like ! They had a thunderstorm sound while eating which was cute ! Lights would flicker on and off and you would hear the thunderstorm! I got to eat “ under stars “ lol super cute ! I’d come back for sure ! Great first time experience I had ! And it was my daughter birthday thank you rainforest cafe for a great night !

Such a great place to eat. The drinks were delicious. The food was great. Lots of different meals to choose from. The kids were happy with their food. And of course the atmosphere is fantastic. Love the thunder storm and the shooting stars above. Really cool. Facilities were clean. Our waitress was excellent. Couldn't ask for more.

Daniella was our server tonight. We were seated immediately by the manager. There were 11 other tables there besides us. Service, food and drink wait were what I'd expect for that. Food came out cooked perfectly; steak temp was correct. Fried food was crispy and order was accurate. Daniella was so nice and accommodating and even though it was after closing, she still brought my daughter a cupcake for her birthday and collected staff to sing. My daughter said this was the "best day ever" and a large part of that was due to Daniella's personality and professionalism. We will return because of her. Very good experience. Kudos to the manager as well for seating us so quickly and asking if all our food came out all right. Thank you!!

If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting an hour and a half for a table, we were greeted by the server explaining we had 9 minutes to order before the kitchen closed. She took our drink order and returned almost 20 minutes later with the wrong drinks all together, and then 15 minutes later letting us know they were out of the vodka we ordered. All said and done we waited almost an hour for drinks. Our food was a whole other story…after we FINALLY ordered, our food took FOREVER to come out. When our food finally arrived our dinner entree was ice cold and my daughters pizza had a huge hair in it (pictured). We were told the kitchen was closed and nothing could be remade. They took our food off the bill, and we paid for our appetizer and drinks, with an apology that “tonight was really tough” on them. Don’t waste your time, energy, and money, honestly you’ll get better food and a better experience at McDonald’s.

I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this Restaurant. The Hostess, and the Server were beyond RUDE, and down right NASTY, and extremely condescending. We had a Reservation for Four people, and requested a booth. When we arrived we noticed that during PRIME Dining Time, in a Restaurant with approximately 50 plus Tables, there were only TWO TABLES, with people Dining. We were directed to our Table for our CONFIRMED Reservation, and were brought to a table on the edge of the Dining Room. When we asked to be seated in the Booth, we were told that the only Server, would NOT serve in that section of the Restaurant, which was literally 8 steps from where we were seated. Now we are seated, and there was extremely cold air blowing straight down on us, from above the table, and I casually, and jokingly said, " Wow, where is that really Cold Air coming from ? " At this point the Server paused for a moment, looked up, and sarcastically said, "Out of the trees". After a brief, discussion, we again requested to be moved to the Table we requested, we were rudely told, that the Hostess would have to return to see what she would "Offer Us"......We stood up, and Walked Out. For those who read my Reviews, you will notice that they are positive almost 100% of the time, but this Restaurants Staff, was beyond Rude, particularly the Hostess, and with 40 years in Management, in the Automobile Business, if they worked for me, they would be looking for another Job. At the end of the day, I POSITIVELY WOULD NOT, visit this particular Raintree Cafe, and would recommend Corporate, send a Mystery Guest in for an assessment of this location. The good news is, we were able to locate the Cheese Cake Factory at the other end of the, extremely large Mall, where we Dined, and the Food, and Service were both Excellent.
