Jersey Mike's Subs

This is a new shop and everything should be on point but clearly is not. Your customer service for the evening shift is horrific. They need to pay better attention to their job and the customer orders. And not be having a personal conversation on the phone with their besties while people are ordering. Multiple people had to repeat their orders numerous times and some of the sandwiches were done incorrectly. Then we had to deal with the other employee who seem to be mad that she had to fix all the orders that were done incorrectly. Jersey Mike is known for their sandwiches and the customer service they provide. Never had this issue in any other Jersey Mike’s. Clearly not satisfied with the presentation of the sandwiches nor the service. Thanks

Sandwich was fresh and they made it very fast. We had the Giant Turkey and provolone Mikes way with spicy mustard and no oil and vinager on whole wheat. The only down side it that there is not a lot of room to sit and eat if you have a big party. This place is more of a grab and go. Other then that the food is fresh and fast.

Pretty terrible service. Nothing rude. Just super slow. They were out of roast beef which is like a third of their meat options. I get in 3people ahead of me. 3workers. No one seems to be making sandwiches. Sandwiches started but not finished. Disappointing since most jersey Mike's locations are a model of efficiency.
