Uncle Ralph's Restaurant

Small shop with huge flavor. I cannot express how satisfied I was after my first time coming to this location. The Chicken was seasoned perfectly; fragrant and juicy. Service was quick for pickup, even during a Friday Lunch time rush. When I walked in, the small dining room was packed but I was still able to walk in and out in a timely fashion. Next time you're thinking about picking up dinner for your family or a having a casual meal out, check out Uncle Ralph's.

This place use to be wonderful however i guess after being established for over 3yrs now it has gone down! Ordered some rice with seafood the rice came with chunks of rice stuck together. It seems like they used left over rice to make this dish. I placed my order over the phone they told me it would be ready in 30min ok fine no problem. My dad goes picks up the food brings it to my house. Horrible again chunks of white rice in my food. I call them explain the issue i asked if i can return the food and place an order for a soup instead they said fine no problem just bring the rice in. Now she says the wait will be an additional 30min (i'm a little upset at this point as a business owner I would have moved my order in front of anyone waiting since this was a mistake of the restaurant) ok whatever fine i'll be there in 30min i tell the lady and proceed to hanging up. 30min later I arrive at Uncle Ralph only to get there and be told by the owners daughter "i hung up so she didn't put in the order" that was a lie because before i hung up i said ok bye i'll be there in 30. The owner didn't quite understand why i was upset. she wanted me to wait another 30min at this point i've had enough i ask for my money back. She gave it back to me however she acted as if she was doing me a favor. Goodluck it's always a hit or miss at this place they've misses one to many times with me. won't waste my money anymore there. Try Lena Carbon they are literally one block away and it's not so crowded in there.
