I just called to order from here (never ordered here before) and the lady literally just argued on the phone with me about it I don’t know where the restaurant is how am I going to order. I confirmed the address with her and she said it’s correct but I don’t know where it is. I have GPS to locate the restaurant. Seems like she’s just lazy and didn’t want to put the order in. These people are nasty and rude. Save yourself the headache and just get food from somewhere else. Super annoyed by the receptionist.

We have ordered a hand full of times from this place for lunch at work and EVERY single time the women who answer the phone are SO incredibly rude. I understand its busy and they are trying to jungle people coming in and multiple lines but there is no excuse for the way they treat people. We all experience busy times at work and it's essential to build and maintain relationships with the clientele in order to keep them coming back. If all you care about is good food and not how you are spoken to or treated, then eat here. If you care about more, like me, then please go somewhere else, they do not deserve your business. When our order arrived, this is what our rolls looked like when they arrived. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I’ve been ordering from Shogun for almost 2 years and I love it. The food is always nice and hot; not to mention tasty, it doesn’t take forever to deliver and if it is later than usual they’re always apologetic, and it’s reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. Not for their food, but their customer service. I ordered on Grubhub and 20 minutes later I got a notice that they added an additional service fee. Now this should be illegal as they should have contacted me first before adding an extra charge. I contacted Grubhub and they took off the additional service fee and then after my order was late, I called the restaurant. The rude woman said Grubhub canceled the order when in fact Grubhubb said that the woman canceled the order. I will never give them my business again.

I've been going to Shogun Wok for over 10 years now and love it. Not sure why all the lower reviews. I've had a late order maybe once or twice but that is out a ton of orders over the years, so they do pretty well at getting your food to you as soon as they can. They have very good food and I really like their sushi. They have a really extensive menu so they're something for everyone. I saw a couple comments on the woman who takes the orders, I think she may be the owner, and yes she may be abrupt but they are very busy and she needs to get your order and get you off the phone so you can all get your food fast. She's actually pretty nice lady. Anyways, try it if you're thinking about ordering I think you'll like it!
