If I could rate zero stars I would. Ordered a gluten free pie, when I arrived for pick up, I was not greeted and when I was asked my order the worker walked over with a box full of cheese on the side and bottom. I opened my box and saw the cheese was all over the cardboard and pizza was not aligned. I asked for a new pie and was told “it’s fine the way it is, it’s just cheese”. Called customer service 5x prior to someone contacting me to resolve the issue in a refund.

This is by far the worst delivery service I ever had in my entire life. They promised 45 minutes top and I waited for more than 2 hours and not only was delayed for way more the time they said but also the pizza was cold. do yourself a favor and don't even consider ordering with this location (Edison, Nj)

Horrible experience and worst service. First of all the guy at counter gave me USED and DIRTY PLATES. Once I reach home I was horrified seeing all food all over the used plates(see the photos). I placed order forEpic Stuffed Special pizza and got experienced worst pizza in my life. I didn't receive my pizza as per my order. This pizza no way epic nor special. Plz never order from here and see the attached photos.

I’ve ordered pizza from this location AT LEAST 20 times in the last month and few weeks. Things were good for the most part but of late, just issues after issues. The last three orders I placed, the delivery drivers didn’t put the Quality Sticker (which makes it so boxes cannot be opened during transit) and after last weeks order, I even called in to complain about it and was reassured it won’t happen again. Ordered last night and no quality sticker.
I almost always order the exact same thing (pizza with two 8 piece wing combo) and regularly add the four 2 liters for $8 coupon as well. The only issue there is that the app doesn’t allow you to pick Brisk Iced Tea so I always have to call it in for them to change it, which they always do without issue.
Well last night I called in and they placed me on hold for nearly 25 minutes and eventually I received a notification that the driver was on the way, so I hung up. I don’t drink soda (which is what I temporarily place the order with until I make the change) so I got stuck with four 2 liters of soda. Apparently they didn’t have a driver on site last night and the Doordash driver mentioned that there was only one employee there working by themself at close.
I put another order in today without the sodas but called in immediately after to ask for them to replace the sodas out since it’s not my fault that they’re understaffed (management should have done a better job with the schedule) and the guy I spoke with (an Indian accent) was extremely rude, repeatedly speaking over me and not even acknowledging my complaint about the “quality sticker”. I kept telling him to stop speaking over me and since he wouldn’t oblige, I asked for the site manager. He claimed he was the manager so I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me. I told him I was going to write a negative review for the type horrendous service he was giving and he told me to “write any name” and how he’s fine with me writing a negative review.
Reached out to customer service shortly after and am expecting a call from the regional manager. Never ordering from Papa Johns again. People need to learn some customer service etiquette and also take responsibility when they screw up to a customer.
UPDATE: Just as I was finishing this review, the regional manager called me and stated this type of service is unacceptable and that he’s heading to the store. I will further update when he gives me a call back in the next hour or two with some type of resolution.

Got charged 27$ for 1 large pizza. That’s crazy!!
For the same amount I can get 2 pizzas in dominos, Pizza Hut or anywhere else. And the main thing was that the pizza wasn’t worth it too.
NEVER COMING BACK.

They confirmed my online order, gave me a pick up window, and when I arrived the order wasn't there.

Went to pick up pizza and having handed the boxes, i just began to say “Can I please...”. Immediate response from owner : “no no no, dont ask me anything. I am very busy”. No greeting, nothing. I decided not to waste my energy or time on such an uncourteous guy and just walked out. Worst customer service!
I am so happy digital world is taking over the stores. I would rather deal with bots.
