Domino's Pizza

After receiving someone else's order I came to find out the pizza wasn't even cut. I reached out to the store and they came back with the correct food Pizza was not cooked. Wrong order pie wasn't sliced. Lava cakes were smashed. And the deluxe pie is raw. Bbq wings are burnt. And the marinara dip looks like it has been sitting in a moldy fridge... the guy on the phone told me "you should have ordered well done." They must be high all the time to screw up a pizza on a conveyer belt. Ridiculous and sad. I would avoid this dominos at all costs. Your better off eating jail pizza. Update: management refused a refund. The fact that I have to cook a pizza I ordered myself is absolutely unacceptable.

Wish i could give review in negative.This dominos management is pathetic and you can't trust these guys and ensure that you cross check your order their itself . I placed an order on 16th with order number 142 and it was snowing so i took order and came back. It was customized order due to allergies/religious belief. I was in rush so my kid opened the box and ate one slice and when i realized it was all messed up. I called them to complain but they were like that i need to come back in snow to give them proof and if one slice is done then they cannot do any thing. Do not trust this management and these guys and i wont be going back as they manipulate orders and can put anything which may be allergic or could hurt your religious sentiments." AGAIN DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE AND THEIR STAFF"

Not even worth a 1 star. I ordered pasta today and there was a piece of steel wool stuck in the pasta. Brought it back to the store and request for a refund but they did not do anything but standing there yelling it is not their fault. Never ordering food from this stote anymore. Domino's HQ should run inspection regularly for all of their stores. FYI. this store always smells like cigarrettes.

I should agree on other reviewers about service . It was really average … they don’t have pepper or red chilli flakes for the pizza. Quality of pizza was kinda ok .. we ordered a thin crust pizza and tasted good. Good parking facilities available.. hope they improve the customer service …. Good luck

We had ordered dinner online for curbside delivery. We drove up at the appointed time and sat in our car with the hazards on as requested. We could look into the store from where we were, and vice versa. Nothing happened for about 20 minutes. Business was slow at that hour. Reluctantly I went into the store and asked them what happened to my order. It was sitting on the rack, and the employee said, " oh if you don't find us coming out with the order, you should come in.." I then asked him what was the purpose of offering curbside delivery. He just shrugged his shoulders and said "Sorry." Not the service I ever experienced nor expected from Domino's.

Every single order I get a free pizza automatically because they take anywhere from 1-3 hours to get it to my house <10 mins away. How is this place not shut down yet? EDIT - After being hung up 5+ times I decided to leave the store on speaker phone to see how long it would take after being told to "hang on". And the answer was 45mins, until they called me while I was on hold with them already.. asking if I wanted to cancel my order. The order I placed at 8:21PM and was dealing with until almost 12AM before I was asked to cancel. To which I said yes, under the condition I'd get a full refund. I was never told yes, as she tried to immediately hang up I asked my question and she said "Don't worry about it, we'll cancel it' The order proceeded to say delivered online, using the free pizza I had accrued and taking the full amount, tip included, and charge me for it 2 days later. I've put in a paypal request to get my STOLEN money back. This store is nothing but thieves - do not even attempt Final edit - After 5 months paypal issued my refund

They overcharged me by not giving me the 2 medium pizza deal and charging me regular price. And they got the toppings wrong. Last time there was barely any sauce in the pizzas so this time I asked for extra sauce and they drenched my pizzas in sauce that I could barely eat it. Service is absolutely terrible as they are inattentive and refuse that they’re wrong. I never really went to Papa John’s in Woodbridge but I decided to and they’re pizza was made really well and correctly and delivery was within 25 minutes. That’s my new go to place.

Plz be careful when ordering food from this place. The concern is about hygiene and cleanliness. Few days back when I ordered food from this place and went to pick up food, I saw the main cook was eating chicken wings in the kitchen. Once he was done eating, without washing his hand went straight to start making pizza for the next customer. I hope the owner is looking into this unhygienic situation when they have camera everywhere.
