Dunkin'

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on a croissant sandwich and what I got was egg and cheese on a croissant with no protein. If you charging me for a protein I wud have atleast expected the courtesy to inform that you are out and if something can be substituted rather than jus handing over the sandwich in a bag at the drive thru and having the customer leave. Where is your integrity? Very disappointed!!!

By far the worst Dunkin in all of NJ. Their staff is super rude. The attendant at the drive thru had the audacity to have an attitude when I asked for a hot caramel craze (which is what I ordered) and instead she gives me an iced one. You're better off going to the Dunkin on RT. 27 next to the laundromat in New Brunswick.

BUYER BEWARE at the DRIVE THRU!!!! As you can see on the RECEIPT I bought a large coffee and food and within seconds my hand was BURNED and truck was filled with coffee that SPILLED because the INCOMPETENT attendant DIDNT SEAL the coffee cap on the cup correctly.My console was COMPLETELY DRENCHED with coffee and they DIDNT even offer towels to clean it. I had to ask. They gave me a cup of ice for my hand. It was fine. Nothing major. What was INSULTING is the fact that they wouldn't even COMP me for my troubles. As you see on the receipt I was given a CHOICE. Refund or be on my way. I asked for compensation for my troubles and they couldn't EVEN ACCOMMODATE the situation. When I asked for compensation just for the order another lady came and the guy (who was probably the manager) WITH A BAD SALT AND PEPPER CURLY HAIRCUT FROM THE EIGHTIES decided to get involved all of a sudden. I wasn't asking for much but if I could give NEGATIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. BAD EXPERIENCE and WILL NOT be going back there and I suggest future customers make sure your coffee cups are PROPERLY SEALED.

Don't drink their Coconut milk refreshers. I got a Golden Peach Coconut milk refresher and got food poisoning. I know it was this drink because as soon as I drank some of I got a sharp pain from it. I still feel the same pains a week after. I went back that same day and got my money back. There was a young guy that refunded me my money. He gave me that suspicious look like he knew it was something wrong with it. He didn't even apologize. Well,Dunkin Doughnuts lost a faithful customer. My rating is triple 0.

I am giving one star as courtesy. The place was unclean. No tissues/napkins. Tables were unclean. Coffee didn't taste proper. Either it was diluted with too much water or didn't brew at all. Coffee tasted too watery/thin/tasteless. Overall, very dissatisfied. When asked for napkins/tissues, the server at counter brought a kitchen role to us to grab from it. Oppps.
