Kung Fu Tea

i have been going here for a long time but the service here has been going downhill lately. ordered a drink today and it wasn’t completely sealed. it spilled all over my car and in the bag. it’s a simple thing just to double check if they’re even sealed properly before handing them off because now my car is a mess and half my drink is gone.

Horrible customer service. My office has been ordering practically daily. I ordered several drinks with bubbles and jelly. They failed to make sure that the straws were delivered. Without the large straws, it is impossible to drink the contents of the drinks. When I called them and asked for straws, they told me that its not their problem. Very unprofessional.

Kung Fu Tea game go hard. Out of many other similar places I been to, this place do it BIG TYME. The staff is super friendly and amazing, the place itself is pretty clean, their bubble tea is delish and you can customize from the app and in-store. 10/10 top tier meta bubble tea very highly recommended.

My first here today. I arrived to the door and found out I had to download an app then make an account. Put me credit card information in and finally order a bubble tea. I must say I was annoyed having to go through this app downloading and mobile ordering because I live in NY and never go to a kung fu tea. But I really wanted a bubble tea. So I went through the trouble and made an account. The bubble tea here is very tasty. Maybe I missed it but I wish they had the brown sugar bubble tea drink that is popular everywhere. I got something that resembled it but did not taste like it. However it was tasty. Ordering was fairly straight forward on the app. My order was ready with 6mins. You just open the door look for your name and take your drink.

The bubbles here are really sweet and taste delicious. We usually really enjoy our boba from this location but recently their taro milk tea doesn’t even taste like Taro :o their other flavors are fine though. I don’t mind too much that the flavor seemed off (especially since they are generous with the boba they plop in there) but I suppose I would have picked another flavor other than regular milk tea if I knew the taro flavor wouldn’t be available. Still a solid four stars though, but maybe don’t get taro haha
