the service was quick, staff was very friendly and the ambiance was just right! the food was delicious and so were the drinks. we went as a huge group and they were very accommodating, and still very quick to take our orders and bring out the meals. the bathroom is a bit of maze to get to, but it looks really good and is a decent place to take pictures (fancy lol)! i look forward to visiting again!

I thought I wrote a review already but I guess not. I came here two weeks ago with my grandparents. Our waiter Cole did a great job. He was the only waiter in the restaurant and he still gave us an amazing experience. Always made sure we had water at our table. The food took a little while, but it was very busy. The Nashville sandwich was delicious. Steak was slightly undercooked. Overall great experience. When I dine here again I will ask for Cole to be my waiter.

Happened to eat at Earls twice today, and ended up impressed enough to remember to write a review (which is a rare occasion). To my liking, every element of every dish had just the right amount of everything, including saltiness, spiciness, temperature, juiciness, etc. The blackened chicken, the steak, the caesar, etc. were fabulous, and the fries were so good they almost made me reminisce about better times, like in this Ratatouille movie where a cantankerous food critic gets emotional over the dish made by the main protagonist. Service and other things not directly related to food were fantastic as well. Wide windows provide a great opportunity to enjoy your cuppa while looking at wet from the rain pedestrians and not envying them at all. Cheers

I'm a frequent goer to this location as it's super close to campus making it extremely convenient. However, the past few visits have been extremely disappointing so I sadly can't see myself returning. First concern: whenever I come in, there is never anyone there to greet us (the hostess desk is always empty) and we just stand there and wait awkwardly for quite some time. Second concern: the servers are impeccably slow and we can never hunt down our servers when needed (there were multiple times there was no one at front of house). In addition, our server today never once came in to check how our food was. Unfortunately, all servers are either too busy huddling at the bar or hiding in the back (yes, all)... for an EXTREMELY long time. More specifically, we had to grab the attention of 2 other servers this visit to help us out because our server was either no where to be found, or had forgotten about our requests. I think the most shocking part however, was while processing payments, she let out a very loud and unprofessional sigh expressing her irritation with not being able to input the payment properly. By no means would I have written this review if this was the only time i've had a bad customer experience here. However, with it being multiple visits that haven't been pleasant, it gets frustrating. Yet, i will say that the time it takes for the food to come out to the table has always been great.
