Saccomano's Pizza Pasta & Deli

We got the pizza special with truffle oil and mushrooms. The dough is airy and crispy. Very delicious. Arugula beet salad was a good portion. They have a variety of flavoured ice creams to chose from. They are busy for dinner so I recommend booking a reservation. The atmosphere is cozy with free parking ;) we would come again.

I gotta say i fully enjoy coming here. Ive always wanted to try authentic nepolitan pizza & i found ittt 🙏 if you dont mind waiting a bit for your food once its ordered this place is for you. That just tells me its msfe fresh to order & i can tell the cooks and management care about the quality of good cause its excellent every time. When im able to i come here & bring a friend also so they can enjoy it as well. I would also suggest trying their gelato they have little spoons for tasting before you purchase one and i dont see that at many other places. Love love looooove

Got a pizza and a salad plus some drinks. The pizza crust was thin and the outer edges were nicely crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. The ratio of crust to toppings was really good. Got the fungi mist with the added meat. Very good salty meat to creamy cheese balance. Could have had some more mushrooms though. Loved it with chili oil on top. The kale ceaser salad with chicken was a great portion and really good! The kale was not baby kale but it was still so tender and delicate in flavour. Not bitter. They also cut the kale pretty small which made for easier eating (but slower eating haha) Had Gelato at the end and it was wonderful. Great selection and they let you have samples. Very creamy and fresh. Took a star off for wishing there were a bit more toppings in the pizza mushroom-wise, but also gendered single stall washrooms (boooooooo). Very cute place. Nice decor. Quick service with very friendly staff. A bit loud with the talking and the music, but I don't have great hearing.

I have been going to Rosso’s ever since it opened which was somewhere going on 5-6 years I believe. I’ve been going here because it has the following: 1. Friendly staff who remember your name and know what’s great on the menu 2. The food!!! Best pizzas around and literally, the best avocado toast anywhere!! 3. Food and service consistency; I’ve literally never had a bad experience with the food not tasting fresh or the servers providing a wonderful experience. Every time I’ve come I always leave smiling. 4. Location - nestled in the heart of Garneau and the University area, there are amazing walking trails. Perfect for either stopping in before a hike or even better, stopping in after a long walk - especially during the summer months. 5. The owner. I’ve known him for a long time and one thing is true - he cares about every single customer that walks through his doors. And so, I care about supporting his venture as a local business person in Edmonton. Please visit this amazing place - it won’t disappoint!!!
