Memphis Blues

Visited this quite authentic place for dinner with another couple and we were recommended to share a platter "Memphis feast" which had plenty of choices and quantity of food for a solid leftover lunch for one person. Owner was great in creating laid back atmosphere and treating us with some amazing desert! I will definitely go back very soon!

Let's talk about the food first. It is fantastic. All of it. Everything they have on their menu is very good. We like to go with a few of us and order a large platter so we can sample as much as possible. Servings are large. The place is clean and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Customer service is outstanding. We were there one time with my granddaughter and she asked if they had any chocolate milk, which they didn't. The owner, I'm assuming, actually walked across the way to Sobeys and bought chocolate milk so our granddaughter could have it. Now THAT'S customer service.

I Love BBQ! Thought we'd try this one and we were not disappointed at all! We had the shrimp for an appetizer and it was delicious. I had the brisket meal and my wife did the pulled pork sandwich. Every single bite was delicious and we didn't feel shorted on portion size. We were also greeted well and the owner served us. He was very friendly and made the dining experience awesome! We will definitely come back Edit: I told the owner my parlour review had over 50k views... Guess it was just the photo that had 50k views. The review only had ~2500

Was really looking forward to eating here. Only to be very disappointed. The menu is not clear to read. You have to order at the counter. Felt very rushed. I wanted to order more food but was brushed off. Even when I ordered nachos, they said that they were out of cheese. The brisket was really good, but it doesn't come with any side dishes. And having been rushed at the counter, I left this place hungry. Too bad, as this place could have alot of potential.
