Do not recommend. The food is mediocre at best, but the location is prime so my team and I would frequent this place over the past year.
Missing a bagel on latest order, no big deal. Requested missing bagel on our visit the following day. Owner stated we likely lost it and it "costs him money" to obtain the items we've already paid for. Last time we purchase food at this establishment. The cook is a nice guy though!

The food here is bleh.
I think majority of people come here because it's convenient. It's located in the 909 building so the employees there would eat here when they're either short on time or didn't bring a lunch.
I've had the wrap and turkey chili. It's not that great and price is a tad high for what it is. But again, paying for convenience.
I'm in no hurry to be back.

Put a rotten pickle in my lunch and the owner wanted to convince me its just some vinaigrette on it... unbelievable!!! He had a horrible attitude even though they almost food poisoned me! When I asked for half of the $ back the owner said "you ate the sandwich"... Seriously? I threw almost half away after I saw the pickle and got grossed out thinking what other rotten ingredients they put in their food! Horrible

Trimana is the quintessential "Well it's downstairs" place to eat. Sure they have some decent options and the convenience store aspect is nice, but overall it's overly expensive for borderline decent food. I understand the convenience, but skip it if you have any other options.

It is what it is. This is the kind of place where you go expecting the food not to be gourmet. It's satisfying and convenient. Lots of options as well.
I like how it also has a little market selling other things you might need. Very convenient if you work close by and can run down to grab something on a quick break.
