Melbourne Hotdog & Burger House

We have been here often . The owner is so nice . All staffs try to help and innovation menus . Our kids love Phili dog and buffalo burger . If u like spicy please try the burn and loaded peri peri fries . They are busy all the time . If u like to get your food quicker maybe call them and pick food up .

Delivery was 30 minutes late, this meant a 1 and a half hour wait for food - hotdogs were missing most of the ingredients listed on the menu - we ordered two tim tam thickshakes, what we received was two cups of milk - We ordered 2 x Loaded Dogs, which are supposed to have the following in it: Frank, grilled onion, pickles, bacon bits, MHBH house sauce, house mustard mayo, regular fries on top and cheese sauce. Both hot dogs were missing the onion, pickles, bacon bits, MHBH house sauce and mustard mayo. The only thing in them was the fries and cheese sauce. The bread was stale and the food was extremely cold We also ordered 2 x Philly Dogs Which should have the following: Frank, house beef mince, cheese sauce, bacon bits, pepper, chipotle mayo, tomato and pickled jalapeno. Both hotdogs were missing: bacon bits, pepper, chipotle mayo, tomato & pickled jalapeno The only ingredients in the hotdogs we received was the mince and cheese sauce We also ordered two tim tam thickshakes: we received two big cups of milk We tried calling the restaurant multiple times, they either didn't pick up, or picked up and were there, but didn't say anything. I left multiple voicemails and no response. I tried to resolve this through menulog for a full refund, as the food was cold, stale and old it was inedible. Menulog informed me that because they couldn't get in touch with the restaurant they weren't able to provide me with a resolution for 1 - 2 days. This is incredibly bad service from the restaurant providing terrible stale, cold food. Not answering their phone to rectify the situation and the service from menulog not being able to assist for two days

All my friends are always said I need to try Hotdog and burgers @MHBH . Today I went here for lunch . staff is very warm welcome and they make such a great burgers and great portion of fries for me and my work mate . I’m happy to share this to people who are live around Eltham . You should come here . All food are marvelous & fresh . Service is very friendly . Highly recommended .I ‘ll tell all my friends to come here .

Very disappointed in the food we received. The burgers and chips were cold to touch and required the microwave to heat up. The taste was less than enjoyable. The chips were overcooked and were hard as rocks. The milkshakes were sickly sweet and were not blended. I would not give this food to my worst enemy, if you are looking for good burgers look elsewhere. Regards Dirty Mike and the Boys.
