Hungry Jack's

Disgusting. Don't check their expiration dates. Purchased a Hersey's Cream Pie for my 95 year old Great Grandma and was lucky to have checked before she continued eating, as there was mould growing on the top. Called the store to complain and the manager offered compensation, however I don't care about free food - I care about your staff doing food checks to ensure the health and safety of customers.

Not an ideal location but I would say decent service the drive through operates at a reasonable speed. Inside the store at times it gets a little messy but what can you expect with a fast food restaurant. As a whole I would say hungry jack’s is quite underrated I would recommend it over McDonald’s if you want a burger or chips however the menu isn’t that big still good though.

I have visited this store dozens of times, and it continues to disappoint again and again. Every time we order using the Hungry Jacks app, the restaurant never ‘receives’ our order even though we had submitted it. Each time, upon arriving the the restaurant, we are told to wait for them to prepare our food, which many times arrives after others peoples food despite us ordering it in advanced. On one occasion, the staff forgot about our order and we had to go inside the shop and order again. Avoid this Hungry Jacks at all costs, and instead order from one of the many other fast food stores in the area, or support local restaurants and businesses

Ordered online a classic jack fried chicken hunger tamer $16.90 was told sorry you can have chicken royal instead worth $3 instead the $8.95 burger and no chicken nuggets u want medium chips $2 no what I really want after waiting with one car in front for over 15 mins is my order they did give me extra chips which were stone cold ! Gross won’t be back worst takeout in Eltham Wouldn’t mind the wait if the food was good ! Also the other day I got breakfast they didn’t put bacon in the wrap when I rang they said whoops we must of forgot not good enough !!

One star is to much Matt the manager can not explain why the chicken fillet is tough and cold you could use for a football, disgusting. Double whopper Well where do we start the end of a 🍅 tomato most of us would put in the bin, but that was only piece tomato on burger, beef patties cold and like rubber bit into could not swallow if I did I knew I would vomit. Chips cold rock hard, you know when you keep chips two days old, well that's what I got. Matt says takes 9 mins to cook a chicken fillet got my meal within 15 seconds. Asked why he says nine minutes and yet got within 15 seconds. No real answer his customer service skills are atrocious Your a bad manager Matt and do not care on stale food and failing to look after the label of Hungry Jack's. Appalling Attitude Matt

No lettuces at all in the bacon delux burger. I understand lettuces is bit expensive at this time but they should tell to customers before ordering so customer can reconsider the menu. Without lettuces only had tomato in it. Not so different with double cheese burger but paying for bacon delux is... so disappointed.
