Wingstop

I can't put a review in without a rating and they don't deserve 1star. Was there about a week ago and just unbelievable! Making our order the woman in the kitchen was spraying cleaner, hosing everything, then using a mop all around food. Then she put the mop down, grabbed some chicken and dropped it in the fryer. All with her bare hands, NO GLOVES! Needless to say I told the woman at the cash register to give my money back AND the manager knew what was going on. All with the woman in kitchen acting like I was the one in the wrong. HA!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Order 6427368736342017 on 12/20 had missing items (wings, rolls) and the fries were very soggy and scattered everywhere in the bag. It looked like someone was upset and let the fries rain in there. They were cold and so soggy, completely unedible. I immedietly called the store and the girl was blunty rude about it. Said she can't do anything anyways, so we had to call next day for a GM. GM promised a refund on 12/21, but we haven't received the refund yet. The whole experience was so bad. I feel like I was cheated out and I should warn others about it.

I was happy to see Evansville get a Wing Stop... I used to visit one close to my old spot in Atlanta all the time. So I swung in the the new establishment close to closing to grab a late night snack. Not met with all smiles as suggested in another statement, but greeted non the same. First difference is the prices... slightly higher and more to get all drumsticks than I'm used to.... but the biggest difference is the wait! It took 30mins to get my 8 piece and fries 😳. Food was good in my opinion and the restuarant looked nice. But the wait, the customer sevice, employees gossipingat the counter, and the employee in the back (with the man bun) touching trash cans, brooms, his attire and cell... then helping with getting food out gave it a lower score.

Allowed all of us to place orders online no mention of being closed, got to the store to pick up orders and lights were off in dining area and doors locked but employees in kitchen area there were orders finished on the rack, we all stood outside o called the store multiple times and no answer 2 employees saw the group of people outside the doors and they trashed all the orders and then walked off no one giving any of us an explanation and there were NO holiday hours posted anywhere. Very unprofessional and ridiculous! Won’t be back.
