Paid over $50 for stromboli's and it's been 2 hours and they still haven't been delivered, called to inquire about the whereabouts and was told oh he just left but he has 10 others to drop off first, I told her if they are cold I don't want them and will send them back and she said ok I don't care. This place has went to the dumps. Horrible customer service for overpriced cold food. You will be remaking my food and if it comes cold again you will remake it until you get it right!

In the 30 minutes I've been here waiting for my food, I didn't see the employees wear gloves or wash their hands even once while handling the food. They literally make your food with their bare hands, which in Indiana is a major health code violation. Absolutely. Disgusting.

I order from the East side location a lot. In the last 2 months I have had only one good experience that gave me hope. I ordered online at 5 pm tonight for delivery at 7pm. It is 730 and I have tried calling and cannot get through. Anymore it is a long wait for cold food.
