Ordered hot cake and sausage. Got home and no sausage. Called them up and said to drive back for the sausage. They said sorry. That's alot of help. They should give you a message on your receipt to show them next time your there to get reimbursed. Course that would take a little effort on their part.

Long line but moved very fast! Was greeted at the window promptly with a smile my order was correct hot & delicious!

Nice staff, but like the other 5 McD's I've been to this past month...THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WASNT WORKING/AVAILABLE.

We are traveling and decided to stop at this McDonald’s, it was the most disgusting McDonald’s that I have even been it. It was filthy! The ladies restroom about made me vomit.

Not very clean. Floors were sticky even in the bathroom. Not enough water pressure in bathroom sink to wash your hands. Food was ok.

The last five times we have been there they have either gotten our order wrong or forgot the sauces. Today they forgot the hot syrup and hot picante sauce and for spending so much money everytime we come. I suggest your workers start paying attention to the orders more and stop rushing.

Came during breakfast time (9:37am) I submitted a mobile order prior to arriving and confirmed arrival and parking space number in the app.
The lobby is closed to the drive thru line was packed-totally understandable.
I waited for 15 minutes before calling the restaurant (can’t go in due to lobby being closed)
The phone cut us off and I had to call back mid conversation.
The woman was polite and apologetic, .
My problem is that I didn’t get my order for 22 minutes… the app needs to allow restaurants to put a “wait time” when it’s going to take this long.
Again-the rating is purely for the wait time. My food was good with no issues.
