If I could give it Zero starts I would!! This used to be a nice clean place to eat today I got the biscuits and gravy meal I asked for steak I got these little burnt cold pieces of bacon!! As I was waiting I noticed just how dirty this place is as well.. there is a overgrown tree/ bush in the drive thru area. I sat in the parking lot to eat my food and noticed all the piles of cigarette bits laying around as well the windows of the place look as if they haven’t been washed in years! Just trashy and I will not be back not worth the almost tens dollars you pay my tea didn’t even have ice 🤷‍♀️

The drive thru was busy because it was Friday night but they were fast, very nice and very courteous at the window! They made some order was correct by repeating it to me. They also made sure that I had plenty of butter and honey for my biscuits! I ordered a 10 piece meal! Thanks!!! I will be going there from now on when we want chicken!

Chicken is good if it isn't real old. That usually isn't the case though cause out of the last 5 times I have been there I was only able to get chicken once due to the fact there was not enough chicken ready for 2 -2 piece meals. Was told each time it would be at least 20 minutes until more chicken was ready. That means they hadn't even started cooking more chicken yet. Ridiculous.........don't think I'm going to try any more.

Grandy's has always been a hot spot for chicken. They are reasonably priced and have good service. As usual around town now, they are in need of employees for more hands on work, like frying chicken and serving guests. They got our order wrong multiply times and were out of roasted white meat chicken. We also had to remind them we did not get our order of Okra, but again I think this was due to some staffing issues. The dining room wasn't in bad condition and overall we were decently happy with our visit and the prices. When I got up to the window at the drive-thru one of the worker's inside was dressed inappropriately. It just looked really nasty seeing her serving food in a camisole. Made me reluctant to eat my chicken dinner but I had just paid for it. The chicken had not been cleaned prior to getting fried and did not taste very good and was tough. I won't be going back.

I enjoy the food. It takes me back as a kid. It would be more enjoyable when you spend almost 40 bucks on a family meal to get everything you pay for. The kids were pretty dissapointed to learn the macaroni and cheese wasnt provided... I'd go back, but home is a 25 minute drive. Will double check it all next time.
