The General Manager Dylan was very polite and helpful with my order. Made the experience 10X better. I appreciate the service and I actually feel like a valued customer. I would rather them 6 stars if I could.

Revised post to identify which location it was: 1st Ave location..May be one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Hardly any sauce or cheese (ordered regular), extremely light on toppings. Almost $18 for a 14 inch 2 topping pizza and it's horrible. Half went into the trash.

Order a papadia with extra steak and some how got a papadia with 3 crumbles on it. Let alone me personally driving there to get it and they want me to bring it back to replace it because it would then cost their drivers to deliver it.

Doors closed before 9pm had an order but couldn’t come in and get it. All while three employees are inside talking and on theirs phones.

. Papa John's ingredients are always fresh and they are generous with their toppings. Their employees are professional and display real teamwork.. Deliveries are often ahead of their scheduled arrival time and the drivers are courteous and efficient. Since their delivery fee does not go to the drivers, tips are greatly appreciated. With all of their topping combinations and a gluten free crust option, everyone should be able to find just the taste they seek.
