Taco Bell

This was the most unprofessional Place I’ve ever been. The staff was rude and they said they were out of basically everything they sell and they were gonna turn us away if it weren’t for the fact we had placed a mobile . Not only was our food wrong and covered in lettuce when we asked for none, they also didn’t give us any sauce and on top of that we had food missing in our order. When we called to just get them correct the issue the manager on May 29th 2022 at 6pm decided to yell, barrage, and curse at us When all we wanted was the right order. Will never go back to this place and will definitely call corporate.

Wait time is okay, but I've had several experiences at this Taco Bell location where items would be missing from my order or put together sloppy. Tonight was especially unappetizing due to my food being put together very sloppy in the wrapper, my burrito looked like everything was just slopped into the wrapper, and when I bit into it the food was cold in spots and altogether didn't seem like it was put together very well, in the picture is my burrito. I grew up in a much bigger city where the Taco Bell's there would be twice as busy as this one late at night and short handed and never had problems with the food quality. It is disappointing to say the least, almost considering not going to this one anymore.

I had to wait 45 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break just to receive what I already ordered/paid for. Called them to see if they could just run the food out to my vehicle given that I'm on my lunch break and don't have time for this, all for the guy to come outside and hear me honk my horn at him and yell sir and everything and he walks back inside so I am STILL waiting in the drive thru line... extremely unsatisfactory customer service. Will never be going back to this location

I don't like how they set up the touch screen computer on the wall to order. Noone comes in person to greet you and take your order. Instead you enter and on the wall a large screen hangs , that's where you place your order. I did not know how to use it. I had no glasses with me so I couldn't see the writing on it. I asked for help but there were no employees available. I tried it anyway. I realized I ordered 2 of a couple of things once my order was handed to me by the unavailable employee . Then I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes while my food is getting cold and I late getting to where I had to be. In order to fix and adjust my bill, my order. Then the money had to be put back on my debit card which I was told could take 5 to 7 days. I will never go here again. This Taco Bell is located at Covert Vann Ave.
