Go to Green Rivers Taco Bell they're 100% Better and actually do their job right. I hate giving bad reviews but.. they either mess up my order, make it super sloppy, or even do this kinda stuff!! You kidding me? I've been eating Taco Bell since I was a kid if not a baby! I wouldn't go to this Location if my life depended on it! $40 order and they made it lowsey as possible.

Bad food, run for the restroom! Small portions for the price! Orders are never correct, check your sack before you leave drive through window! No sauces or napkins! Workers more worried about pulling pranks on each other over giving good and correct service! Burritos not wrapped correctly and open spilling in your hands and clothes! Better to drive down street and get good service, food quality and quantity for the price! This restaurant should start over with new management and employees!!!

This location either needs a complete change of staff including management, or be shut down. I've ordered on DoorDash a few dozen times since covid started as well as going through their drive thru. Expect to get stuck in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes, as there's no way to get out/exit once you're in line. The times that I've been there, there were maybe 2 people working. Only a handful of times that we've ever gotten food from this location has our order been correct. And when it is correct the quality is still really bad. I know it's taco bell and not the country club, but I'm certain if corporate paid a visit to this location they would find it does not meet company standards.

This place was good until recently. Now, all they do is mess up. I went to order through the drive thru and the guy in front of me was complaining about a messed up order. After I placed my order, I noticed they messed up on mine too. I go to pull around and the guy from earlier is back because they messed up his order again. After I tell them they messed up on my order, the skinny white guy proceeded to tell me there was no way because he watched them make my order. After I showed him my burritos was three quarters sour cream, which I can not have, he just says, "Oh" and stays away from the window until they remake my order. It was remade sloppy, cold, and more tortilla than anything. Don't waste your time on this place.
