Awesome experience for my 14 year old and his basketball team! We did 8 sessions over a months time. The trainer works them hard, and keeps them moving the whole time. Highly recommended!

My son began training with Lucious two years ago. Lucious is very thorough and creative in his training methods. BlackHeart Basketball offers several different options of training packages: from one on one personal training to group sessions. The prices of the sessions are extremely reasonable. Ages range from young kids up through the college level. Parents are welcome to watch their children during their training. Family friendly environment.

I've been to several of my grandson's basketball camps and I've never seen the drills they were put through last night. They were drenched with big smiles and very eager to come back next week. Can't wait to see what's in store for them next week as well!
