Hardee's

Placed order in drive Tru and was intruced to pull to a parking spot. 4 other cars ahead of me were also told to do the same. After waiting 15 min for my food as I thought it was being cooked fresh and I was ok for the wait. Nope!! Got burger that looked like ot was covered in deep fryer oil. Lettuce eas brown and soggy. Cheese was not melted and it was all just cold. Frys were cold and soggy as well. Only thing that was good was my Dr.p For a $10.15 meal it was disgusting. Should have gone to McDonald's and for $8 gotten large 2 cheeseburger combo frys and drink. They never disappoint. But for the 3rd time in a row. This location has dropped the ball.. not ever an apology from a manager, just here eat this slopp.. sad thing is it wasn't even busy. Literally 4 cars...

The last time i ate at Hardee's the main thing they sold was roast beef probably 25+ years ago, and honestly the only reason i stopped was it was the only place to go. Went through the drive-thru and got a monster burger combo. Was told to pull in a parking spot and they would bring it out to me, took over 7 minutes before i got my food. The burger was huge could hardly finish it well worth the money. But the fries were cold and should have never been sold, if i had ate inside i would have took them back up and got new ones but i was 5 miles down the road before i noticed them. So 3 stars are all they get and because of that i will probably not be back and it's a shame cause i did enjoy the burger.

Zero stars isn’t an option. I don’t mind waiting in line when it’s busy but when the car in front of you sits at the speaker to order for 20+ minutes after you get there and there are no cars in line ahead of them. There’s a problem when you’re waiting 30 minutes to just order. No one would answer the phone or answer the man in front of me on the speaker during this time. Meanwhile, cars are out to the road and the lobby is closed. When I pulled around 2 employees exited and walked across the parking lot to the gas station. Yes I understand that staffing can be an issue but your customers might be a little more understanding if there was more communication and less hostility.

Pulled up to this location on my lunch break. There were nobody in line in the drive thru. Pulled right up and waited 10 minutes just to have nobody take my order. Pulled up to the window, once again, nobody there. Stayed sitting at the window for a few minutes with nobody in sight. Ended up pulling away. I know it’s hard to find help right now, but get with the program. Not my first negative experience at this Hardees.

We just pulled out of there after sitting in the drive thru with no response for 8 minutes. When we pulled out the person who works the drive thru was just standing there at the counter looking at her phone. We spoke up and even honked and yelled in case she didn't hear us. The lobby is closed otherwise we would have pulled in and went inside. Her hair is dyed maroon and she's white and small framed. It's 7:30pm central time at N. Boeke... We will not be back.
