Hardee's

The dining room was closed with at least 6 employees working. I walked to the restaurant so I could sit down and eat, and couldn't go through the drive-thru. I called the business attempting to order, there was no answer 2x. I stood outside for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Then 3 separate employees: 1) took my order 2) brought out my debit card 3) brought my order to the employee exit by the drive-thru. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE! Very unprofessional and I won't be going to this Hardee's again!

My latest visit was an extreme disappointment. First of all it literally took them 10 minutes to take my order because they couldn't figure out how to get the register running. The customer in front of me left because he got tired of waiting. I finally had to suggest that they just ring up my order on the drive-thru cash register, and so they finally did. When I received my meal, my fries were cold and under cooked and the bun on my burger was very stale. So,..I waited to spend 10 bucks for cold limp fries and a stale bun burger. I won't be back. 👎

My wife and I have been eating here more often lately. The ultimate omelet, and sausage gravy are awesome! The staff is fast and friendly!! UPDATE 07 13 2022 - THE HOURS ON THE INTERNET ARE INCORRECT UPDATE 07 13 2022 - THE HOURS ON THE DOOR ARE INCORRECT UPDATE 07 13 2022 - (The dining room was closed we are guessing due to not enough staff.) Employees seemed very unhappy to be there. I waited in drive thru at least 8 cars long for about 15 minutes. The food was great when we ate in the car. Hopefully management can get it together at this location!
