Been going to this pub for a long time. Went for a walk & popped in & had a cuppa. Lovely ladies working there. Didn't eat but saw the Sunday roast & will definitely going for one, looked scrummy. Great put stop after a walk around the green trail.

Went for a walk, ended up at this pub for lunch and what a lunch it was, the 1 and only downside was that the portions weren't the biggest for the price you paid, however the food was fantastic, the staff were super friendly and they even had a great and well maintained area for the children to play in, will definitely be going back again next time we're in the vicinity

Stopped of here after a long walk and what a little gem beautiful quiet garden with play area for the kids and the food was amazing we had a hunters chicken, bacon cheese burger and kids fish fingers and it was lovely, hot and fresh and the staff were friendly and helpfull, will definitely return next time we are over that way 🙂

We recently held a wake at The Tally Ho. The contact was great, they accommodated all of our dietary requirements really well and gave excellent guidance on catering for a large number of people.
Although the weather was against us and we couldn't use the garden there was plenty of room for us all in the pub.
I would recommend this as a venue without hesitation.

Couldn't fault anything about the pubs staff the atmosphere or the food. Nice to be able to enjoy that old pub atmosphere that so many palaces seem to have lost these day's. 👍

Here on the occasion of a friend's birthday. Pleasant atmosphere, good garden. Food was very good, served quickly and hot. Very pleased.

I enjoyed one of the specials, lamb moussaka, it was delicious. My partner chose the fish & chips & was equally impressed. Good sized portions without being huge, we could actually eat it all & still feel comfortable. A good selection of local beers completed the options. We will be back!
