The Jolly Roger Tea Rooms

I've come here with my wife and some freinds twice now and have enjoyed both visits. It has to be said that the food & drink is quite heavily overpriced (I'll take a picture of the menu next time I'm there). The food is actually pretty standard, to be honest, and nothing special (and I DO NOT mean that in a negative way, but the comparison has to made by standard VS price). The staff are freindly and helpful and the cafe offers an excellent range of tea, which you can mix and match to make your perfect brew. I had a mix of flowers which made an exceptionally floral tea - yum! Would come back again and I recommend you visit the little ice cream shop (same ownership I think) next door for some very nice ice cream. Ideal for families or couples who like to sit outside in the sun, while there are number of tables inside for the not so nice days.
