Fish was fresh and the portion for the large cod was massive, kids loved it, place was family friendly and also very neat and clean, will definitely dine in future

Delicious fish and chips... In my opinion... the best in town!!!
Nice to pop in to see the guys for a change.. I usually order online for delivery via Just Eat... so it makes a change to see lovely, happy, chearful, polite staff and a very clean environment and all wearing smart, clean white uniforms.

Excellent freshly cooked fish & chips, with a superb home made tartare sauce on the side. Decent portion sizes and environmentally-aware packaging and such a warm and friendly crew - worth going down South St for!

What a lovely fish and chip shop. I had a large Cod & Chips and it was amazing.
I also like it, that you can sit down at a table and eat off a plate. All in all, I was very satisfied with everything.

Came to Torquay for a day trip and had wonderful experience here. Brilliant halal fish and chips and lovely workers. Food was really good and the staff were very helpful and offered to take pictures of the family for us!! 5/5 would go again for sure. Top tier playlist too

First of all it is super hygienic. That's very important to me. I noticed they had a 5 star rating for hygiene. Everything is cooked to perfection and with a smile. Good size portions and they select really good fillets to fry with lots of fish meat. So you feel you are getting quality fish for your money. Love it

Thought I'd try these today was not dissapointed absolutely amazing fish n chips! . Very polite staff and quick as well.
Baring in mind I live 17 miles away was still hot when I got home definitely coming back .

Firstly haddock was great, freshly cooked with a light crispy batter and great flavour not greasy at all, fish had a nice "steamed" flavour 👍. That's the main event. Free lemon and tartare sauce.
I did dine in at no extra cost. Portion was suitable and I couldn't eat all of the chips 😃 curry sauce was good if not a little salty. Chips were great and staff were nice.

Very decent chippy. Tables available so you can eat in. Mushy peas were a bit watery, but still nice. Would be 5 stars if they had better peas, but the main thing is the fish.

It was the first time I ordered fish and chips from your place today and it was so delicious! The fish had crispy batter and it was delicate inside. It arrived hot and fresh. The sauce that goes with cod was nice as well. Regular and large portions are actually big! Thank you for that great experience. I can totally recommend your place.
