Mario Pizza Italian Artisan Style

On 2 separate occasions now, we have placed an order, paid online and received no food, the first time leaving us waiting for nearly 3 hours for our food, several phonecalls made during this time, lied to on multiple occasions that it was out for delivery, then stopped just answering the phone altogether, eventually went down to the place and again was fed more lies about a problem with there system, then given quickly thrown together "food" and mocked whilst standing there, the second time, thinking the first must have been a one off, ordered again and pretty much a mirror of the first, disgraceful. Take your money, provide no food, no explanation and no sign of any form of customer service in sight.

My partner and I used to really enjoy food from here but this time we were not impressed at all. After over an hour of waiting I had to call more than four times to get through to anyone. When I did finally get through and asked where my order was the man on the other end of the phone didn't even take my name and told me "all orders are out for delivery so don't worry about it" and then hung up. After waiting a further 30 minutes my order arrives and the delivery driver looks higher than a hot hair balloon! All of the food was luke warm and had to be reheated and the chips were completely inedible due to being undercooked. Certainly won't be going back again. Rude staff and terrible delivery!

Really very good for a pizza / burger place. I’m a sourdough pizza / bread fan and was expecting a very mundane run of the mill pizza. What I had was a very tasty pizza base with middle of the range toppings. Why am I giving this a 4 star for exactly that, it’s better than expected, it’s not a purist sough dough pizza, but for what it is it’s very tasty and good! Would I eat here again, YES!

I’ve been a long standing loyal customer here but the last 3 orders the food arrived 2 hours late.. absolutely ridiculous! Phoned up 3 times to be told the food had left the kitchen. Hour later it arrived cold. Customer service is non existent plus items from previous orders missing on numerous occasions. Shame it used to be so good..
